目的探讨纤维桩核联合光固化树脂与烤瓷冠相结合在修复残根残冠中的临床体会。方法对我院2009~2011年接诊的61例患者的86例残根残冠进行纤维桩核联合光固化树脂与冠修复相结合进行总结分析。结果 61例患者共计86颗患牙进行修复,经2~3年随访,其中82例外形及功能恢复良好,修复体稳定,3例松动脱落,1例伴发牙龈炎,成功率95%。结论纤维桩联合光固化树脂与烤瓷冠修复相结合修复残根残冠具有良好的美学效果,其抗腐蚀性及生物相容性好、机械性能高,不影响核磁成像等特点
Objective To investigate the clinical experience of the combination of fiber post and nucleus photolithography resin and porcelain fused to porcelain crown in the repair of residual residual crown. Methods 86 cases of residual residual crowns in 61 patients who were admitted from 2009 to 2011 in our hospital were analyzed by fiber post-core combined with photocurable resin and crown repair. Results A total of 86 teeth were repaired in 61 patients. After 2 to 3 years of follow-up, 82 of them recovered well in appearance and function. The restorations were stable, 3 were loose and fall off, and 1 was accompanied with gingivitis. The success rate was 95%. Conclusion The combination of fiber post and light-cured resin and porcelain-fused-to-metal crown repair has a good aesthetic effect, good corrosion resistance and biocompatibility, high mechanical property and no influence on magnetic resonance imaging
