螺纹是机械工业广泛应用的机械零件,它的制造精度直接影响着机件连接的可靠性装配精度和互换性。特别是在航空航天飞行设计制造中大量采用螺纹连接,大约有50%以上的零件间的连接要靠螺纹配合来实现,连接质量决定了飞行器等工业产品的可靠性和寿命。从国外的发展现状看内螺纹的测量正逐步向量化方向发展。美国NISC重新修定了军用标准要求,除公称直径D≤0.19 in(4.826 mm)的内螺纹允许继续使用螺纹极限量规检验外,对其他直径的螺纹的所有参数必须进行量化检验。文章主要分析了螺纹塞规的几种基本测量方法,分别对其原理和操作方法做了简单的总结。

The paper mainly analyzes several basic methods of thread gauge, and briefly summarizes its principle and operation method.
