采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了Li4Ti5O12纳米粉体,同时研究了溶液初始pH值、络合剂用量、溶剂及焙烧温度等条件对Li4Ti5O12纳米粉纯度的影响。X射线衍射实验表明,所得粉体为尖晶石结构的Li4Ti5O12复合氧化物。采用X射线衍射线宽法测定700℃焙烧的粉体粒径为26.8m左右。通过浸渍提拉法得到Li4Ti5O12多孔薄膜电极,扫描电子显微镜测得薄膜电极的平均厚度为25.2μm。
Li4Ti5O12 nano-powders were prepared by sol-gel method. The effects of initial pH value, complexing agent dosage, solvent and calcination temperature on the purity of Li4Ti5O12 nano-powders were also studied. X-ray diffraction experiments show that the resulting powder is spinel Li4Ti5O12 composite oxide. The particle size of the powder calcined at 700 ℃ is about 26.8 m measured by X-ray diffraction line width method. Li4Ti5O12 porous film electrode was obtained by dipping and pulling method. The average thickness of the thin film electrode measured by scanning electron microscope was 25.2μm.
