耳廓假性囊肿的病因及发病机理不甚清楚。目前治疗方法虽多,但均有一定不足。我科自１９９４年９月~２００１年３月,采取囊前壁软骨切除、刮除囊后壁表面纤维层的方法治疗耳廓假性囊肿６６例,取得满意效果。现报告如下。
The etiology and pathogenesis of auricle pseudocyst is not clear. Although the current treatment methods are many, but both have certain deficiencies. Our department from September 1994 ~ March 2001, to take the anterior capsule cartilage resection, removal of the posterior wall of the capsule fiber layer method for the treatment of 66 cases of auricle pseudocyst, and achieved satisfactory results.
