目的考核食品实验室的检测能力。方法按照GB4789.10-2010和GB4789.30-2010中规定的方法进行。结果检出金黄色葡萄球菌和单增李斯特菌。结论实验室细菌质控对检验工作者是必须的、重要的。
The purpose of testing food laboratory testing capabilities. The method is carried out according to the method specified in GB4789.10-2010 and GB4789.30-2010. Results Staphylococcus aureus and Listeria monocytogenes were detected. Conclusion Laboratory quality control of bacteria is necessary and important for laboratory workers.
