为了满足各种材料在空间进行科学实验的目的,设计了能在空间长期工作的综合材料科学实验装置。文章详细介绍了该装置中的样品提拉机构、样品夹具结构和人机工效学的设计过程。实验结果验证了设计理论和方法的可行性和实用性;实验装置运行平稳、可靠,实验样品完整、无损伤。该装置首次实现了多批次样品的管理和更换功能以及在轨人工参与操作功能。
In order to meet the purpose of various materials in space for scientific experiments, a comprehensive scientific experimental device for space science was designed. The article details the design of the sample pulling mechanism, sample holder structure and ergonomics in the device. The experimental results verify the feasibility and practicability of the design theory and method. The experimental device runs smoothly and reliably, and the experimental samples are complete without damage. For the first time, this unit enables the management and replacement of multiple batches of samples and the ability to manually operate in-orbit.
