研究发现许多细胞因子基因敲除鼠能够显著改变对内毒素性休克的耐受性, T N Fα显得尤为重要。 I F Nγ, Selectins , I C E( I L1β Converting Enzyme) 等细胞因子也有不可忽视的作用。通过细胞因子基因敲除鼠实验显示出这些细胞因子在内毒素性休克的发病机制中具有重要作用。
The study found that many cytokine knockout mice can significantly change the endotoxic shock tolerance, T N F α is particularly important. I F N γ, Selectins, I C E (I L 1β Converting Enzyme) and other cytokines can not be ignored. Experiments with cytokine knockout mice have shown that these cytokines play an important role in the pathogenesis of endotoxic shock.
