分别以壳聚糖、明胶、聚乳酸为壁材,以雷公藤提取物为芯材,通过离子凝聚法制备出3种不同壁材的雷公藤微胶囊,且通过SEM观察发现3种壁材均成功制备得到了雷公藤微胶囊,同时当壳聚糖含量为1.5%时,微胶囊包封率达到最大值83.2%;由3种壁材微胶囊的体外溶出性能曲线发现,3种壁材制备得到的雷公藤微胶囊均有一定的缓释性能,且壁材的性能不同溶出速度不同。
Three kinds of microcapsules of Tripterygium wilfordii were prepared by ionic agglutination using chitosan, gelatin and polylactic acid as wall materials and Tripterygium wilfordii extract as core material, respectively. The successful preparation of Tripterygium wilfordii microcapsules, while the chitosan content of 1.5%, the encapsulation efficiency of the microcapsules reached a maximum of 83.2%; from three kinds of wall material microcapsules in vitro dissolution curve found that three kinds of wall material preparation The obtained tripterygium wilfordii microcapsules have a certain slow release properties, and different properties of wall dissolution rate.
