教练员收受红包已成为社会问题,不仅在嘉兴,浙江的其它地市乃至全国均普遍存在,原因是多方面的。目前驾驶员培训学校实施社会化后,个体私营经济占驾校比重很大,教练员收入普遍不高。还有一些教练员为提高收入,钻政策的空子,还有的为了降低成本,采用油料包干,并设置节能奖,一些教练员为了拿奖金,不愿意让学员多练,变着法子收红包。当然,一些驾校的“宽容”也是重要原因,“家丑不可外扬”,对违规教练员只是简单警告了事。笔者以为,应从几方面采取措施,加强教练员的行风建设。 Coaches receive red envelopes has become a social problem, not only in Jiaxing, Zhejiang, other cities and even the entire country are ubiquitous, for many reasons.
