教练员收受红包已成为社会问题,不仅在嘉兴,浙江的其它地市乃至全国均普遍存在,原因是多方面的。目前驾驶员培训学校实施社会化后,个体私营经济占驾校比重很大,教练员收入普遍不高。还有一些教练员为提高收入,钻政策的空子,还有的为了降低成本,采用油料包干,并设置节能奖,一些教练员为了拿奖金,不愿意让学员多练,变着法子收红包。当然,一些驾校的“宽容”也是重要原因,“家丑不可外扬”,对违规教练员只是简单警告了事。笔者以为,应从几方面采取措施,加强教练员的行风建设。
Coaches receive red envelopes has become a social problem, not only in Jiaxing, Zhejiang, other cities and even the entire country are ubiquitous, for many reasons. At present, after the pilot training schools are socialized, the individual and private sectors account for a large proportion of driving schools, and coaches’ incomes are generally not high. Some coaches to improve revenue, drilling policy loopholes, and in order to reduce costs, the use of fuel bag dry, and set the energy saving award, some coaches in order to get the bonus, do not want students to practice more, change the method to receive red envelopes. Of course, some driving schools “tolerance” is also an important reason, “house ugly can not be outside”, only a simple warning to the irregular coaches. I think, should take measures from several aspects to strengthen coaches’ style of doing things.
