用大骨节病区粮水喂养18个月的恒河猴,其软骨基质中的硫酸软骨素(CH·S)含量明显减少,软骨中硫酸软骨素对~(35)S 的摄取能力明显下降,其中以病区水组动物表现尤为明显。与此同时,猴的软骨组织还出现了大骨节病样的病理形态学改变(如关节软骨深层细胞出现大面积坏死等)。上述猴模型出现的生化学改变与以前报告的大白鼠模型实验结果一致。
