CD4+CD25+调节性T细胞(Treg)是维持机体内稳态的重要细胞,在感染免疫、肿瘤免疫及自身免疫病中发挥重要作用。Foxp3是CD4+CD25+Treg发育和功能的关键基因,通过调控Treg的转录表达谱维持机体的内稳定。本文就Foxp3对CD4+CD25+Treg中基因的调控及作用方式作一综述。
CD4 + CD25 + regulatory T cells (Tregs) are important cells that maintain homeostasis in vivo and play an important role in the immune, tumor immunity and autoimmune diseases. Foxp3 is a key gene in the development and function of CD4 + CD25 + Treg, which maintains the internal stability of the body by regulating the transcriptional expression of Treg. This article reviews the regulation of Foxp3 on the gene of CD4 + CD25 + Treg and the mode of action.
