I. INTRODUCTION With the popularization of microcomputer, the local network of microcomputer has been widely developed. The local network (represented by Ethernet) adopting CSMA network access control method has been widely used. CSMA network access control method is to detect all sites on the network prior to sending information on whether there is information transmission medium, if not, then send information to the transmission medium; if so, postponed until the media is idle.
