建国以来,我国政府职能历经五个阶段,慢慢从计划经济体制下的以党代政、全能政府职能一步步转变为社会主义市场经济体制下的服务政府、有限政府职能。所取得的经验包括:准确把握政府职能转变性质,注意政府职能转变定位,等等。总结政府职能转变的得失和经验,有助于我们构建更加科学、符合国情的政府职能体系。 Since the founding of the People’s Republic of China, the government’s functions in our country have undergone five phases and gradually transformed from the functions of the party’s reign and the almighty government under the planned economy system to serving the government and limited government functions under the socialist market economy system. The experience gained includes: accurately grasping the nature of the transformation of government functions, paying attention to the transformation of government functions, and so on. To sum up the gains and losses and the experience of the transformation of government functions helps us to build a more scientific and national government function system.
