分析了钨合金在不同温度下拉伸断裂后的显微组织。基于数字图像处理的方法分析了钨合金塑性变形与显微组织的关系。结果表明:运用数字图像处理法可准确得出钨合金显微组织的塑性变形量,其变形量和钨合金宏观塑性变形曲线基本保持一致。
The microstructure of Tungsten alloy after tensile fracture at different temperatures was analyzed. Based on the digital image processing method, the relationship between plastic deformation and microstructure of tungsten alloy was analyzed. The results show that the amount of plastic deformation of tungsten alloy can be accurately obtained by using digital image processing method. The deformation amount and the macroscopic plastic deformation curve of tungsten alloy basically keep the same.
