通过575种中草药体外抗栓和溶栓作用实验,结果表明:抗栓率非常明显高于阿斯匹林(ASA)抗栓率(61.53%)的中草药有12种(P<0.01),类似于ASA的197种(P>0.05);溶栓率非常明显高于尿激酶1(UK1)溶栓率(91.28%)的中草药有5种(P<0.01),类似于UK1的119种(P>0.05),类似UK2溶栓率(99.83%)的104种,提示从中草药中发掘有抗栓、溶栓作用,而副作用小的天然药物大有可为。本研究提示,选用有一定标本的A型人血作为血源,对体外血液学实验研究有一定的意义。
