以环丁砜为溶剂,由双(4-(对氟苯甲酰基)苯基)苯基氧化膦和双酚A通过亲核缩聚反应合成了主链含磷聚芳醚酮。采用红外光谱和核磁共振等方法对产品的结构进行了表征,研究了磷基团的引入对聚芳醚酮的电性能、力学性能、耐热性、阻燃性和溶解性的影响。结果表明,磷基团的引入对聚芳醚酮的阻燃性能起到了较明显的提高作用,降低了聚合物分子链的规整性,减小了分子间的相互作用,改善了聚芳醚酮的溶解性能,使其在室温下可溶于CH_2Cl_2,CHCl_3等多种极性溶剂。
The main chain phosphorus-containing poly (aryl ether ketone) was synthesized by nucleophilic condensation reaction from bis (4- (p-fluorobenzoyl) phenyl) phenylphosphine oxide and bisphenol A using sulfolane as solvent. The structure of the product was characterized by IR and 1H NMR. The effects of phosphorus groups on the electrical, mechanical, thermal, flame retardancy and solubility of poly (aryl ether ketone) were studied. The results showed that the introduction of phosphorus groups on the poly (aryl ether ketone) flame retardant properties played a significant role in improving the polymer chain to reduce the regularity and reduce the molecular interactions and improve the poly aryl ether ketone Of the solubility, making it soluble in CH 2 Cl 2, CHCl 3 and other polar solvents at room temperature.
