Abstract Objective To investigate the feasibility of synthetic cardiac MR (CMR) -based electrophysiological intervention (EP) in a pig model with left atrial access. Methods 14 pigs [(41 ± 3.6) kg] were implanted with 2 femoral sheaths for 1.5 T MR scan. Three-dimensional, full-heart sequence was performed through the video guidance platform and all ventricles were segmented and visualized. Insert two catheters that can be used under MR conditions.
