鉴于奴佛卡因肾周围封闭机制尚缺探讨,作者就10例骨关节畸形患者按法行肾周围奴佛卡因封闭(下简称肾封)作了研究。看到:①肾封后头2小时9例周围血内嗜伊红细胞显著减少,约低于肾封前二倍,4小时后嗜伊红细胞回升,24小时后大部分恢复原状。②肾封后头24小时尿中17—羟基肾上腺皮质类固醇(下称17—羟)和17—酮固醇排量明显增加,约为肾封前二倍之多,48小时后17—羟和17—酮固醇排量减少逐渐恢复原状。作者指出:肾封后可使血内肾上
