用微量波动试验方法,采用鼠伤寒沙门氏菌TA98检测正定霉素、三硝基甲苯、染发香波和S9活化的黄曲霉毒素B_1的致突变性。结果表明4种样品均有致突变作用。证明了该方法的可靠性和实用性。本文比较了该方法与Ames试验检出阳性结果的最低剂量。证明该方法比Ames试验更为敏感。适于检测环境中的低浓度致突变物。
The mutagenicity of naringin, trinitrotoluene, hair dye shampoo and S9 -activated aflatoxin B1 was detected by Salmonella typhimurium TA98 with a trace fluctuation test. The results show that all four samples have mutagenic effects. The reliability and practicability of this method are proved. This article compares the method with the lowest dose positive test results Ames test. This method proves to be more sensitive than the Ames test. Suitable for detecting low concentrations of mutagens in the environment.
