网络计划技术,就是用网络图的形式,表示出一项工程计划中的各个作业(活动,任务、工序)的先后顺序及相互关系,通过计算找出工程计划中的关键作业和关键路线,最合理地使用人力、物力、资金、空间(统称为资源),多快好省地完成任务。长期以来,企业在安排生产和施工进度计划时,都习惯于采用横道图(即工程进度表)。它虽然简单明了,容易理解,容易绘制,容易应用,但存在下述缺点:各个作业(工序)之间的相互依赖关系、相互制约关系,不能一览无余地看出来,因而对某个作业(工序)的提前或推迟所造成的影响无法直接看出;从时间进度上说来,哪些是关键作业,哪些是非关键作业,图上不能标出;不同的安排方案,无法比较其优劣程度;一个项目如果包括几百甚至上千个作业,用横道图很难表示出来;如果施
