目的:比较不同地区市售虎杖饮片质量的一致性,为其质量评价提供参考。方法:采用HPLC指纹图谱法测定不同地区的24份市售虎杖饮片和对照药材的指纹图谱,色谱条件为:Agilent TC-C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)色谱柱;流动相为乙腈-0.05%磷酸水溶液;流速为1.0 mL/min;检测波长为230 nm;柱温25℃。采用相似度分析软件对结果进行分析比较。结果:建立了虎杖饮片的HPLC指纹图谱分析方法;确定了21个共有特征峰;24份市售饮片的相似度结果为0.882～0.998。结论:全国不同地区市售虎杖饮片的质量基本一致。
OBJECTIVE: To compare the consistency of the quality of the commercially-available Chinese knotweed slices in different regions and provide references for their quality evaluation. Methods: The fingerprints of 24 medicinal materials of Polygonum cuspidatum from different areas were determined by HPLC fingerprinting. The chromatographic conditions were as follows: Agilent TC-C18 (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) column with mobile phase of acetonitrile -0.05 % Phosphoric acid solution; flow rate 1.0 mL / min; detection wavelength 230 nm; column temperature 25 ℃. Similarity analysis software was used to analyze and compare the results. Results: The HPLC fingerprinting method of Polygonum cuspidatum Pieces was established. The 21 common characteristic peaks were identified. The similarity of 24 commercially available Pieces was 0.882-0.998. Conclusion: The quality of the commercially available Huzhang pieces in different parts of China is basically the same.
