The implementation of IP QoS (Quality of Service) is an extremely complicated process. Although many ISPs shout for years, few operators can dare to promise them. The emergence of strategic networking has brought them new hope. The article gives a brief introduction of the principle of the structure of the strategy networking to achieve the key and the existing problems.
