近年来,我国复杂产品系统(CoPS)事故频发,其风险生成机理有待厘清。一方面,CoPS创新涉及众多主体,各创新主体同时又嵌入于网络中,引入嵌入性理论解释风险生成有其合理性;另一方面,嵌入性理论作为宏观结构与微观行为的桥梁,用以直接解释CoPS创新风险生成时,应当引入行为变量作为中间变量。基于此,本文通过对广深港高速铁路香港段项目进行案例分析,尝试性地提出“嵌入性-机会主义行为-CoPS创新风险”这一风险生成机理,并通过理论推演进行疏通。
In recent years, China’s complex system of products (CoPS) accidents, the risk generating mechanism to be clarified. On the one hand, CoPS innovation involves many subjects, while all the innovators are embedded in the network at the same time. It is reasonable to introduce embedded theory to explain risk generation. On the other hand, embeddedness theory acts as a bridge between macro-structure and micro-behavior, When explaining CoPS innovation risk generation, behavioral variables should be introduced as intermediate variables. Based on this, through a case analysis of the project of Hong Kong Section of Guangzhou-Shenzhen-Hong Kong Express Rail Link, this paper tries to put forward the risk generating mechanism of “embedded-opportunistic behavior-CoPS innovation risk”, and through theoretical deduction.
