象管的视场性能与近红外响应和背景光有关。近红外响应好,视场性能就好;相反,背景光则使视场性能变差。本文报道了用两种不同方法处理的S-1光电阴极的热电子发射的研究结果。可以看出,靠改变工艺可以在一定程度上控制S-1光电阴极的热电子发射而对近红外响应没有不利的影响。已经有效地把热发射电流密度降低大约一个数量极。
The tube's field of view performance is related to the near-infrared response and the background light. Near-infrared response is good, the field of view performance is good; the contrary, the background light is to make the field of view worse performance. This paper reports the results of a study on the thermionic emission of an S-1 photocathode treated with two different methods. It can be seen that by changing the process, the thermionic emission of the S-1 photocathode can be controlled to a certain extent without adversely affecting the near-infrared response. It has been effective to reduce the thermal emission current density by about one pole.
