研究发现,在PBT/PC共混体系中加入少量熔体指数(MI)较大的低密度聚乙烯(LDPE),可以改善该共混体系的加工成型性能、外观及力学性能。随着LDPE含量的增加,PBT/PC共混物的熔体指数增大;LDPE对共混体系还可起增韧作用,LDPE的加入使共混物的缺口冲击强度有明显的提高。另外,DSC研究发现,LDPE的引入对共混物中PBT组分的结晶有明显的促进作用,并使PC的玻璃化转变温度Tg下降。热失重(TG)分析表明,LDPE对共混体系的热降解行为的影响不明显。
It was found that adding a small amount of low density polyethylene (LDPE) with large melt index (MI) to PBT / PC blends can improve the formability, appearance and mechanical properties of the blends. With the increase of LDPE content, the melt index of PBT / PC blends increased; LDPE could also toughen the blends, and the addition of LDPE increased the notched impact strength of blends. In addition, the DSC study found that the introduction of LDPE significantly improved the crystallization of the PBT component in the blend and decreased the glass transition temperature Tg of the PC. Thermogravimetric analysis (TG) showed that the effect of LDPE on the thermal degradation behavior of blends was not obvious.
