脂肪族磺酸盐高效减水剂是近几年研究成功的一种新型水泥混凝土高效减水剂,具有减水率高、强度增长快、生产工艺简单、对环境无污染等优点。本文介绍了脂肪族高效减水剂的制备方法,以及脂肪族磺酸盐高效减水剂的分子结构和官能团。具有较好减水分散效果的脂肪族磺酸盐的数均分子量在4000～ 8000范围内。脂肪族磺酸盐高效减水剂的减水分散效果优于传统的萘系高效减水剂,性能价格比高,具有良好的应用前景。 Aliphatic sulfonate superplasticizer is a new type of cement concrete superplasticizer which has been successfully researched in recent years. It has many advantages such as high water reduction rate, rapid strength increase, simple production process and no pollution to the environment. This article describes the preparation of aliphatic superplasticizer, as well as the aliphatic sulfonate superplasticizer molecular structure and functional groups. The number average molecular weight of aliphatic sulfonate with good water-reducing and dispersion effect is in the range of 4000-8000. Aliphatic sulfonate superplasticizer water reducing dispersion better than the traditional naphthalene superplasticizer, high performance-price ratio, has good application prospects.
