对硫代双烯酮与亚胺形成四员或六员环产物的环加成反应进行了理论研究.若反应为等摩尔比的,可以发生两个平行反应,分别形成氮杂及硫氮杂的四员环产物.这两个反应都是各经过一个两性离子中间体的分步反应,其中第二步为速控步骤.此外,以上两反应的中间体还可以与一个反应物分子继续反应形成两个不同的六员环产物;且这两个反应的活化势垒均比形成四员环产物的反应低,所得结果与实验一致.
The cycloaddition reaction of thio-diketene with imine to form four- or six-membered rings was theoretically studied. If the reaction is equimolar, two parallel reactions can take place to form a four-membered ring product of aza and thia azepines, respectively. Both of these reactions are step-by-step reactions that each pass through a zwitterionic intermediate, the second of which is the flash step. In addition, the intermediates of the above two reactions can react with one reactant molecule to form two different six-membered ring products; and the activation barriers of the two reactions are lower than those of the four-membered ring product, respectively. The experiment is consistent.
