从机械零、构件的所有设计变量都不服从理论分布这一事实出发,提出了两端截尾分布模型.以零构件的寿命为例,给出了可靠性设计中常用的两端截尾分布的概率密度和可靠度的计算公式.讨论了不同设计变量截尾点的确定方法.通过对大量试验数据的分析表明,强度分布的截尾点应取为均值±2倍标准差.建立的两端截尾分布模型也可应用于机械零构件和系统的其它可靠度计算中.
From the fact that all the design variables of mechanical zero and component are not obeyed the theoretical distribution, a two-end censored distribution model is proposed. Taking the life span of component as an example, the formulas of probability density and reliability of two-end censored distribution commonly used in reliability design are given. Discusses the method of determining the censoring point of different design variables. Analysis of a large number of experimental data shows that the censoring point of the intensity distribution should be taken as the mean ± 2 standard deviations. The established two-end censored distribution model can also be applied to other reliability components of mechanical components and systems.
