本文对高职院校组建类型及后勤社会化改革面临的问题进行分析;对高职院校后勤社会化改革“后发优势”进行理性思考;依据近几年高校后勤社会化改革探索中取得的成功经验,探讨高职院校后勤社会化改革发挥“后发优势”的有效途径:即在管理模式方面的改革要在转型中求“变”,在整合中求“改”,在提升中求“效”,在运行机制方面的改革要在创新中求“活”;同时探讨改革进程中必须注意盲目照搬式、急于求成式及等待观望式三个方面的问题。
