介绍了一种利用弯曲光纤探头作为传感器件来测量液体浓度的系统,并使用单片机进行控制和数据处理,实现了系统的智能化。其结果表明,对于小区域的浓度测量,具有速度快,实时性强等优点,测量精度可达到2.5%,非线性误差小于0.2%。
A kind of system which uses the bent fiber probe as a sensing device to measure the concentration of liquid is introduced. The control and data processing are realized by the single chip computer, which realizes the intelligent system. The results show that for the concentration measurement of small area, it has the advantages of fast speed and strong real-time performance. The measurement accuracy can reach 2.5% and the nonlinear error is less than 0.2%.
