对万是镗削发动机气缸和曲轴轴瓦时,获得尺寸精度的关键工序。目前,一般修理厂镗瓦还多采用JCS—007型镗瓦机,镗缸逐步采用T716立式金刚镗床,这两种机床都没有微分对刀装置,由于缸套和轴瓦的加工余量都很小,稍不注意就会出现废品。因此,镗削时大都采用试刀后用内卡钳与外径千分尺配合测量的办法检查镗削尺寸,这种方法要求工人有较高的技术水平。例如镗削4.缸发动机的主轴瓦时,由于5道主轴瓦的不同轴度,在镗瓦机上采用浮动镗杆镗削时,测量比较困难,再无微分对刀量具,镗削质量就更难保证。为保证镗削精度,提高生产率,我们推荐一种V形铁百分表对刀量具(图1)。
