目的:研究滇龙胆植株根部产量与各农艺性状间的相关性,为滇龙胆优良种源的筛选及培育提供重要参考依据。方法:以云南26个野生种群的滇龙胆种质资源为研究对象,对其12个性状(根粗、根长、根数、根干重、茎粗、株高、一级分枝数、叶长、叶宽、叶长宽比、花萼长、花萼裂数)进行相关性、多元回归及通径分析。结果:相关性分析表明,地上部分多个性状均与根长、根粗、根数、根干重有显著(P<0.05)或极显著(P<0.01)的正相关。多元逐步回归分析表明,根粗、根长、根数、株高、分枝数及花萼裂数是影响根干重的主要因子。通径分析结果表明,根粗、根长、根数对根干重的直接正影响较大。地上性状中,株高、一级分枝数对根干重直接正影响较大。结论:在实际生产及良种选育过程中,应关注植株较高大、主茎粗壮、一级分枝数多,植株呈丛生状的材料。
OBJECTIVE: To study the correlation between the root yield and agronomic traits of Gentiana yunnanensis plants, and to provide an important reference for the screening and breeding of the excellent germplasms of Gentiana yunnanensis. Methods: The germplasm resources of Gentiana elatiorrhiza from 26 wild populations in Yunnan were studied. Twelve traits (root diameter, root length, root number, root dry weight, stem diameter, plant height, Leaf length, leaf width, leaf aspect ratio, length of calyx, and number of calyx) were analyzed by correlation, multiple regression and path analysis. Results: Correlation analysis showed that there were significant positive correlations (P <0.05) or extremely significant (P <0.01) between root traits, root diameter, root number and root dry weight of several traits in aboveground part. Multiple stepwise regression analysis showed that root diameter, root length, root number, plant height, branch number and calyx crack number were the main factors affecting root dry weight. The results of path analysis showed that root diameter, root length and root number had a direct positive influence on root dry weight. In the aboveground traits, the plant height and the number of primary branches had a direct and positive effect on root dry weight. Conclusion: In the process of actual production and seed selection, attention should be paid to materials with tall and tall plants, stout main stems, a large number of first-grade branches and plants in clusters.
