对武钢容积为3 200 m3级高炉在不同富氧率下的入炉焦、风口焦取样对比分析,研究了风口焦的平均粒度、显微结构的变化趋势。结果表明,随着富氧率的提高,风口焦的平均粒度有变小的趋势,特别是粒度大于25 mm的比例降低明显;随着富氧率的升高,风口焦显微结构组成中的各项异性结构降低明显,影响焦炭强度。这些情况表明,当高炉生产提高富氧率时,需要关注焦炭的粒度降解状况。
The comparative analysis of coke and air inlet coke samples taken from blast furnace with the volume of 3 200 m3 of WISCO at different oxygen enrichment rates was carried out to study the average particle size and the microstructure trend of tuyere coke. The results show that with the increase of oxygen enrichment rate, the average particle size of tuyere tends to decrease, especially the proportion of particle size greater than 25 mm decreases obviously. With the increase of oxygen enrichment rate, the composition of tuyere microstructure of tuyere Heterosexual structure decreased significantly, affecting coke strength. These cases show that when blast furnace production increases the rate of oxygen enrichment, attention needs to be paid to the particle size degradation of the coke.
