目的:探讨细胞周期调节因子异常表达对鼻咽癌复发间期的影响。方法:采用LsAB法检测原发鼻咽癌组织p53、MDM2、WAF1和Ras蛋白的表达。结果:p53或MDM2蛋白高表达的鼻咽癌患者的复发间期,比相应蛋白的低表达和阴性者明显缩短,两调节因子无论在单因素分析(分别P<0.05和P<0.005)或多因素分析(分别P=0.0338和P=0.0003)均有统计学的显著差异。结论:p53和MDM2蛋白高表达提示有促进鼻咽癌复发的作用;两蛋白分别是影响鼻咽癌复发间期的独立因素,可以作为预测鼻咽癌复发倾向和患者预后的参考指标。
Objective: To investigate the effect of aberrant expression of cell cycle regulators on the recurrence of nasopharyngeal carcinoma. Methods: The expression of p53, MDM2, WAF1 and Ras protein in primary nasopharyngeal carcinoma tissues was detected by Lsb method. Results: The recurrence interval of NPC patients with high expression of p53 or MDM2 protein was significantly shorter than those with low or negative expression of the corresponding proteins. Both regulators were significantly higher in univariate analysis (P <0.05 and P <0.005, respectively) or more There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups (P = 0.0338 and P = 0.0003, respectively). CONCLUSION: The high expression of p53 and MDM2 protein may promote the recurrence of nasopharyngeal carcinoma. The two proteins are independent factors influencing recurrence of nasopharyngeal carcinoma, respectively, which may serve as a reference index for predicting the recurrence of nasopharyngeal carcinoma and the prognosis of patients.
