居住区竖向设计属于居住区规划设计的重要组成内容。本文阐述了竖向规划与平面布置、空间环境、管线规划之间的密切关系以及在竖向设计中用地与建筑、地面排水、道路交通、土石方与防护工程、景观环境等关系的处理。还有充分合理地利用地下复合空间,节约土地,节省工程投资和改善人居环境,建造有鲜明特色的居住区景观等问题。 Residential area vertical design belongs to the residential area planning and design an important component. This article elaborates the close relationship between vertical planning and layout, space environment and pipeline planning as well as the relationship between land use and construction, surface drainage, road traffic, earthwork and protection engineering, landscape environment in vertical design. There are issues such as full and reasonable utilization of underground compound space, land conservation, project investment saving and improvement of living environment, construction of distinctive residential landscape.
