ＫＸ强化碱性戊二醛是含强化戊二醛、碳酸氢钠、亚硝酸钠等成分的复方消毒剂。为了解其杀灭微生物效果与腐蚀性，进行了载体定量杀菌试验、金属腐蚀试验。结果，以其含戊二醛 ２０ ０００ ｍｇ／Ｌ原液对不锈钢片表面枯草杆菌黑色变种芽胞作用３ｈ，含戊二醛８００ｍｇ／Ｌ稀溶液对金黄色葡萄球菌作用１０ｍｉｎ，杀灭率均为１００％；以其原液作用２０ｍｉｎ，可将不锈钢片表面ＨＢｓＡｇ抗原性破坏。小牛血清对其杀菌效果影响不明显。其原液对铝腐蚀速率为 ０．００９２ｍｍ／ａ，对不锈钢、铜、碳钢腐蚀速率均＜０．００５０ｍｍ／ａ。未加碳酸氢钠、亚硝酸钠的该液存放于５４℃ １４ｄ，戊二醛含量下降率为２５％。该剂为对金属腐蚀性较小、二元存放较稳定的消毒剂。
