Male Wistar rats were used as experimental animals to observe the effects of 100dB (A) steady-state noise of different frequencies on myocardial ion metabolism in rats. Among them, the main frequencies of high-frequency and low-frequency noise are 4K Hz and 250 Hz, respectively. The results showed that short-term (4 weeks) noise exposure could increase the proportion of rat body’s coefficient of proportion. The changes of myocardial ion concentration showed obvious difference in frequency and time, in which potassium-calcium-magnesium decreased, sodium increased at 4-week, Lowering.
