本实验用单管微电极的方法,共记录了206个黑质(SN)神经元的自发放电。其中,观察了175个黑质神经元对侧脑室注射吗啡(MOR)的反应;31个黑质神经元对侧脑室注射人工脑脊液(CSF)的反应。结果表明:侧脑室注射吗啡可兴奋黑质Ⅰ型神经元,抑制黑质Ⅱ型神经元的单位放电。阿片受体阻断剂—纳洛酮(NAL)可完全逆转吗啡对黑质神经元的作用。
This experiment with a single tube microelectrode method, a total of 206 black neurons (SN) neurons spontaneous discharge. Among them, 175 substantia nigra neurons were observed to respond to intracerebroventricular injection of morphine (MOR); 31 substantia nigra neurons were injected intracerebroventricular injection of artificial cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) response. The results showed that intracerebroventricular injection of morphine can excite substantia nigra neurons of type Ⅰ and inhibit the discharge of substantia nigra neurons. Opioid receptor blockers - naloxone (NAL) can completely reverse the morphine on the substantia nigra neurons.
