采用三种不同的热处理制度对液压胀形Ti-Al-V-In新型钛合金薄壁管件进行了热处理,通过力学性能和耐腐蚀性能的测试与对比分析,发现:与常规退火相比,等温退火和超声振动等温退火均能提高管件的力学性能和耐腐蚀性能,尤其是超声振动等温退火的提高效果更为显著,其中抗拉强度增大22%、屈服强度增大32%、断后伸长率增大18%、腐蚀电位正移146 mV、腐蚀电流密度减小71%。该管件的热处理制度优选为超声振动等温退火。超声振动等温退火时,高温段温度、低温段温度和超声振动频率分别优选为:820℃、540℃、35 Hz。
Three different heat treatment systems were used to heat-treat Ti-Al-V-In thin-walled titanium alloy tube. The mechanical properties and corrosion resistance of Ti-Al-V-In thin tube were tested and compared.
