运用传输矩阵法对含富勒烯的光子晶体全方向反射器的全向反射带进行分析,分析了该全向反射器的带边位置,带宽的变化规律。结果表明,TE模和TM模的全向反射带位置和宽度基本不受周期N的影响。随中心波长的增加,TE模和TM模的全向带带边向长波方向移动,带宽也会加大。折射率比变大,左带边左移,右带边右移,带宽也会变宽。研究结果将对新型光子晶体器件,如高质量窄带全方向反射器的设计起到积极指导作用。
The omnidirectional reflection band of the fullerene-based photonic crystal omnidirectional reflector was analyzed by transmission matrix method, and the change rule of the position and bandwidth of the omnidirectional reflector was analyzed. The results show that the positions and widths of the omnidirectional reflection bands of TE mode and TM mode are almost unaffected by the period N. As the center wavelength increases, the omni-directional bands of TE mode and TM mode move toward the long-wave direction, and the bandwidth increases. Refractive index ratio becomes larger, the left side of the band to the left, the right side of the band to the right, the bandwidth will be wider. The results will play a positive role in guiding the design of new photonic crystal devices such as high-quality narrow-band omnidirectional reflectors.
