提出了一种高效的电动轮铰接车电传动系统控制策略。针对混合动力铰接式自卸车,分析了电动轮车辆各工况下的功率流向。根据控制原理,研究各动力设备的控制方法,以及提高系统效率的控制策略,并在试验台上进行试验验证。结果表明,基于本文提出的控制策略,交流电传动系统运行稳定,低速带载能力强,启动转矩大、效率不低于传统机械传动车辆的动力系统的效率,并还具有很大的提升空间。
An efficient control strategy of the electric drive system of the electric wheel articulated car is proposed. For the hybrid articulated dump truck, the power flow of the electric wheel vehicle under various operating conditions is analyzed. According to the principle of control, the control method of each power equipment and the control strategy to improve the system efficiency are studied and tested on the test bench. The results show that, based on the control strategy proposed in this paper, the AC drive system is stable, with low load capacity, high starting torque and efficiency not less than the efficiency of the traditional mechanical transmission vehicle power system, and also has a lot of room for improvement.
