本文收集了我科92年至95年住院的缺血性卒中77例,结合MRI、CT资料进行临床分析,现报告如下: 1 临床资料 1.1 一般资料 男51例,女26例。年龄43～88岁,平均61岁。嗜烟者20例,嗜酒者11例。伴发高血压病者47例,糖尿病者14例,高脂血症者21例。 1.2 起病形式 急性起病66例,亚急性起病11例。动态发病30例,静态发病47例。起病后症状24小时内达高峰37例,仍进展的40例,其中34例在一周内病情稳定,超过一周的6例。

In the 24 hours after the onset of symptoms peaked in 37 cases, 40 cases were still progressing, of which 34 cases of stable condition within a week, more than a week in 6 cases.
