以聚己内酯(PCL)、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)、ED8双季铵盐扩链剂等为原料,经过一系列反应制备了可降解阳离子聚氨酯胶束,研究了胶束的临界胶束浓度(CMC)和最低抑菌浓度(MIC)。结果表明:加入少量亲水性链段聚乙二醇(PEG)后,季铵盐接入量为0.032 nmol的含20%PEG胶束(20EPU)的MIC为125μg·m L~(-1),而没有PEG加入的实际季铵盐接入量为0.02 nmol的0EPU的MIC为250μg·m L~(-1)。说明该胶束相对于游离双季铵盐改善了抗菌性能。
