党的十一届三中全会以来,农村形势发生了深刻变化。随着生产的发展,农民生活的改善,对农村卫生工作提出了更高的要求。山东省招远县适应形势发展的需要,不断端正业务指导思想,采取切实措施,加强农村基层卫生组织的建设,取得了显著的成效。目前,全县16处乡镇,723个行政村,全部建立了卫生室。其中有15处乡镇,656个村仍然实行多镇、村两 Since the Third Plenary Session of the 11th CPC Central Committee, the rural situation has undergone profound changes.
