结合一座50m跨径连续梁桥的设计,探讨了节段预制、架桥机逐跨拼装的预应力混凝土连续梁桥的设计和施工的关键技术问题。这种类型的结构受架桥机承载能力的影响,单跨跨度一般不超过50m,它具有施工速度快、施工简易、施工质量易于控制的优点。同时,由于预制块件小、容易运输,施工时对周围环境影响小,对于长大跨径江河桥梁引桥、城市高架桥等工程中具有很好的推广应用前景。
Combining with the design of a 50m span continuous girder bridge, the key technical problems in the design and construction of the prestressed concrete continuous girder bridge with segment prefabricated and erecting machine span-by-span are discussed. This type of structure is affected by the carrying capacity of the bridge machine. The span of single span usually does not exceed 50m. It has the advantages of fast construction speed, simple construction and easy construction quality control. At the same time, due to the small prefabricated pieces, easy to transport, the construction of the surrounding environment has little effect on long-span bridges and river bridges, urban viaducts and other projects have a good promotion and application prospects.
