WJ81154 步进式炉连续加热优质铸钢件两年来的运行情况——《Iron and Steel Engineer》,1980,Vol57,№9,25~30(英文) 步进式加热炉做为生产优质钢锭新设备的一个组成部分已供货给使用单位。炉子将锭子从上料时的温度加热到轧制温度。它是顶加热式的,炉底砌有耐火材料。从侧面上料和卸料。水冷辊子安装在炉子里面。炉子每小时可加热50吨锭子,其上料温度为800℃,出料温度为1250℃。它每小时也可以加热30吨冷锭子。炉子还可以用做锭子的保温装置。炉子的电变频器可使上料辊子在完全停止前先减速运行。上料辊子是由低合金碳钢制成的。卸料辊子是由不锈钢铸成的,工作温度大约为800℃,
