我科近4年来开展经乙状窦后进路手术治疗三叉神经痛患者69例,原发性的三叉神经痛行三叉神经感觉根部分切断术,发现其中10例是继发于桥小脑角肿物所致.则行肿物摘除术.经回顾分析全部病历资料.发现继发于桥小脑角肿物的三叉神经痛患者的术前眼震电图(ENG)均有不同程度的异常.本文试就ENG对继发性三叉神经痛的诊断意义作一探讨.1 临床资料10例中,男1例,女9例;平均年龄47岁.病程2～30年.均诊为三叉神经痛.临床诊断与术前系列ENG检查见附表.
In the past 4 years, 69 cases of trigeminal neuralgia treated by retrosigmoid approach were performed in our department. Primary trigeminal neuralgia underwent sensory root partial sectomy and 10 cases were found to be secondary to cerebellopontine angle .Then the tumor removal.After a review of all the medical records and found that patients with trigeminal neuralgia secondary to cerebellopontine angle tumor preoperative ocular electrogram (ENG) have different degrees of abnormalities.This paper To explore the significance of ENG on the diagnosis of secondary trigeminal neuralgia.1 Clinical data of 10 cases, 1 males and 9 females, mean age 47 years old.
