作者采用四甲基谷氮唑盐(MTT)实验检测全反式维甲酸(ATRA)对人胰腺癌细胞系JF-305细胞的生长抑制作用;通过细胞病理学和电镜观察经ATRA作用后人胰腺癌细胞形态、超微结构的改变。结果提示:ATRA能够明显地抑制人胰腺癌细胞生长(P<0.05),随药物浓度增加而抑制作用增强,最大抑制率达34.7%。经ATRA处理后增殖细胞明显减少(P<0.01),细胞内代谢减慢,细胞的分泌功能恢复,细胞恶性程度降低。作者认为:ATRA可抑制人胰腺癌细胞系JF-305细胞的生长并诱导其成熟分化。
The authors measured the growth inhibitory effect of all-trans retinoic acid (ATRA) on human pancreatic cancer cell line JF-305 by using tetramethyl glutamate (MTT) assay; observed human pancreas after ATRA treatment by cytopathology and electron microscopy. Changes in the morphology and ultrastructure of cancer cells. The results suggest that: ATRA can significantly inhibit the growth of human pancreatic cancer cells (P <0.05), with the increase in drug concentration and inhibition of enhanced, the maximum inhibition rate of 34.7%. ATRA treatment significantly reduced the proliferation of cells (P <0.01), intracellular metabolism slowed down, the cell’s secretory function restored, the degree of cell malignancy decreased. The authors believe that: ATRA can inhibit the growth of human pancreatic cancer cell line JF-305 and induce its maturation and differentiation.
