竖炉配加1.4%轻烧氧化镁粉生产镁质球团矿,生球质量较好,竖炉炉况稳定;成品镁质球团矿MgO含量为1.96%,达到了预期指标;其转鼓强度为92.08%,抗压强度为2 945 N/个,基本与酸性球团矿持平;冶金性能较酸性球团有所改善,其中RDI+3.15提高了3.13%,膨胀率下降了0.96%。将镁质球团矿用于高炉生产后,高炉炉况稳定。
The shaft furnace was equipped with 1.4% light burned magnesia powder to produce magnesia pellets, the quality of green pellets was good and the shaft furnace furnace was in stable condition. The content of MgO in finished magnesium pellets was 1.96%, which reached the expected target. The strength is 92.08% and the compressive strength is 2945 N / a, which is basically the same as that of acidic pellets. The metallurgical properties are better than that of acidic pellets.
