在以实现喷射沉积连续挤压技术为目的的区域控制下,对2A12铝合金进行了喷射沉积试验,并针对不同的雾化器和导流管类型,以及不同过热度、雾化气体压力条件下的喷射沉积组织进行了分析,最终获得了组织致密,呈细小等轴晶,孔隙较小的喷射沉积组织。结果表明,与铸造组织相比,喷射沉积坯组织晶粒细小,无宏观偏析和大的一次相析出,经过后续的连续挤压可使其组织致密化。
